Is there a standard published price list?
MedicoPlus does not publish a fixed price list because every facility has different needs. A single-doctor GP clinic, a 50-bed hospital, and a multi-branch group require very different configurations. We quote based on your specific modules, user count, facility type, and deployment model — this ensures you're not paying for features you'll never use.
Is MedicoPlus billed monthly or as a one-time payment?
Both options are available. Cloud SaaS customers pay a monthly or annual subscription. On-premise customers pay a one-time licence fee plus an annual maintenance contract covering updates and support. Our team will explain both models when you request a quote.
Does the price include NABIDH or Riayati integration?
Yes. For UAE facilities that require it, NABIDH (DHA) and Riayati (MOHAP) integration is included in the implementation. There is no separate middleware or third-party integration fee — the compliance connections are built into the MedicoPlus platform.
What is included in the implementation cost?
Implementation typically covers system setup, workflow configuration, UAE compliance setup (NABIDH/Riayati/Malaffi), EMR template configuration, data migration from your existing system, staff training, and go-live support. Our Dubai team stays involved until your facility is fully operational.
